Water outage in the Upper Section of Cape Meares
A water line was damaged during construction, and water has been turned off temporarily for repairs. Crew estimates that water will be restored by 1 pm today. Your patience during this construction period is appreciated.

Thank you for your patience during the emergency leak repair in Cape Meares. Water was turned off for approximately one hour to do the repair. Durbin Excavating assisted OWD Watermaster to repair the 1″ service line on 2nd Street N.W.

Phase III Waterline Improvements
Work is starting today in Cape Meares on the corner of 4th Street and Bayocean. Advanced Excavating will be replacing water lines in the area, and appreciate your patience during the construction. Please keep emergency water in the case of a disruption in service.
Water Service Restored
The line repair is complete on Lilac Avenue, water is on to the homes located on Portland Avenue in Oceanside. If there is a discoloration in your water, please run taps to clear. Your patience during this emergency is appreciated.
Water Off to Portland Avenue
A mainline has been broken and is scheduled to be repaired by tomorrow afternoon. The road to Portland is closed at the intersection of Lilac and Portland.
