–E-CHECK: No processing fee! There is a $25 fee if E-Check is returned (such as for insufficient funds or incorrect input).
–CREDIT CARDS have a 2.99% processing fee.
Customer Portal and Online Payments Help
A tip on using the Customer Portal: try not to use the “back” button but rather navigate using the menu bar links. If you happen to get “kicked out” rather than “logged out,” the login will not allow you back in (for security, it thinks you are still logged in). To fix this, clear your internet history or “cache” then log in; alternatively, use a different internet browser window to log in.
If you are having difficulty with your login, click “Forgot Password” and an email will walk you through how to reset your credentials. Log in with the new credentials through the link provided above.
